    1. OPTION – BANK TRANSFER (USING PRO FORMA INVOICE):You can pay for the products by paying the bill at a post office, a bank or via an online bank. This is done by transferring money using a standard UPN/SEPA payment order. After you have successfully completed the online order, all the data necessary for making the payment is displayed on the screen. You will receive an email letter to your email address containing all the data for you to enter into the payment order (you should also check your spam folder). After receiving your payment we shall deliver the product(s) within 24 hours. For a faster registration of your payment and a quicker shipment of your goods, please inform us about your payment via email or by phone.
      The products ordered will be dispatched to you only after a successful transfer of your money to our bank account!


    1. OPTION – CASH ON DELIVERY (ONLY WITHIN SLOVENIA):The payment for the products ordered is made upon the receipt of goods by paying the purchase amount to the postman (payment on delivery). If your are not home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a notice in your mailbox about the arrival of shipment which you can then lift at your local post office in Slovenia. Apart from paying for the delivery you have to allow for the payment of the commission to Post of Slovenia which is about EUR 1.2.

    What is PayPal?

    PayPal payment system is a safe and widely used payment system of paying for services via the internet. Individuals as well as companies can pay for services using PayPal. The PayPal payment system allows two payment methods: with a PayPal account or a credit card.


    How to get a PayPal account?

    If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can get it by registering with the PayPal system at www.paypal.com and creating your user account based on an email address. The user account has to be verified with a credit or debit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Visa Electron). You can get additional information on the PayPal website www.paypal.com.


    Paying with a PayPal account or credit cards through the PayPal payment system

    When paying with PayPal you can chose between two methods of payment:

    1. You can create your own PayPal account (select the »Have a PayPal account?« option and sign in with your username and password).
    2. If you don’t own a PayPal account, you can pay for the goods ordered without registering (as a »guest«) using one of credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and AmericanExpress (select the »Don’t have a PayPal Account?« option).


    Paying with a PayPal account or credit cards:

    • In the e-store page click the »Add to cart« button next to the product to add a product to the shopping basket (in the same way, you can add a second, third, … item), and after you have finished selecting products, click the »Proceed to Checkout« button.
    • If you are satisfied with the order, click »Proceed«:
      • review the payer data (recipient of the invoice) and modify them if required,
      • if you have ordered a physical product, you can also add the delivery address if not the same as the payer address,
      • then select »PayPal« in the »Payment methods« section
      • and click »Proceed«.
    • Review your order and if all the information is correct, check the “Terms and Conditions” checkbox to confirm your consent with the terms and click »Place order« button.
    • You will be redirected to the PayPal payment system website where you can chose to pay with a PayPal account or by a credit card, and follow the instructions on their web page.
    • If the payment has been confirmed, the system will redirect you back to our website and you will receive a notification with order (purchase) information to your email address.


    Our web store will occasionally issue discount coupons which you can take advantage of when making purchase. Some coupons have limited duration.


    – Delivery by mail to the desired address via the Post of Slovenia
    – Points of sale

    1. OPTION – DELIVERY BY THE POST OF SLOVENIA OR BY GLS: Our parcels are delivered by the Post of Slovenia or by GLS. Orders, submitted by 12:00 (noon) are shipped on the same day in most cases or, at the latest, within two working days. We do not send parcels on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Orders may still be submitted via the online purchase or by phone, in which case they will be processed on the first subsequent working day.



    • Delivery costs for parcels are EUR 3.10.
    • Delivery for parcels with price over EUR 29.99 is free, therefore, in the case of ordering a LaliCup, the shipping costs are EUR 0.
    • If a parcel has a weight over 500g, it is sent via the General Logistics Systems.


    • Payment on delivery:In case of payment on delivery you have to allow for the payment of the shipment commission to Post of Slovenia which is about EUR 1.2. Valid only for Slovenia.



    During times of increased purchases (Christmas and New Year holidays) there may be cases in which a slight delay in the shipment of parcels can occur (up to 24 hours). In the event of a product not being in stock, you will be notified in time.


    The Post of Slovenia makes deliveries all over the world in a relatively short period of time. The delivery time for Europe is 2-7 days. For other countries it can differ quite. Each shipment has its own tracking number. Shipments may be delayed during the holidays due to the increased workload, bad conditions on roads due to the weather, etc.


The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the web page are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you and approach you as soon as possible, explain the error, present you with the correct price and provide you with an option to confirm or cancelling your order.

You should inform us if you detect that there are any incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipment Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude delivery fees, which are added to the total price as indicated in our Shopping Guide – Delivery Fees.

Prices may change at any time. However, except as stipulated above, the changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.

Once you have selected all articles that you wish to buy, those will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make payment. To that end, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling up or verifying the information requested in each step. Furthermore, throughout the purchase process, before payment, you can modify the details of your order. You are provided with a detailed description of the purchase process in the Shopping Guide. Also, if you are a registered user, a record of all the orders placed by you is available in “My Account” area.

You may use, as payment method via Paypal or credit card – Proceed to Pay Pal where you can also find form for credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express …)

To minimize the risk of non-authorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will make a pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The charge on your card will be made at the time your order leaves our warehouse.

If your payment method is PayPal, the charge will be made when we confirm your order.

When you click “Authorize payment”, you are confirming that the credit card is yours.


The functionality of buying goods as a guest is also available on the website. Under this type of purchase, only such data which are essential to process your order will be requested from you. Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continue as a non-registered user.


Pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, all purchases done through the web site are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT), except for those to be supplied directly to customers the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In this regard and pursuant to Chapter I of Title V of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006, on the common system of value added tax, the place of supply shall be deemed to be within the Member State of the address where items shall be delivered, and applicable VAT shall be at the prevailing rate in each Member State where items are to be supplied as per the orders placed.

Pursuant to the applicable rules and regulations in each jurisdiction, the rule of the “reverse charge” (article 194 of Directive 2006/112) may apply to goods supplied in certain Member States of the European Union if the customer is or is required to be a taxable person for VAT purposes. If this is the case, no VAT would be charged by us, subject to the confirmation by the recipient that the VAT on the items supplied would be accounted for by the customer under the reverse charge procedure.

As regards orders to be supplied in the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, they would be VAT exempt as provided under article 146 of the above referred Directive, subject to the application of the relevant taxes and custom duties pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations.

You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format. However, you may freely indicate us at any time, you want to receive a paper copy of your invoice, in which case we will issue and send you the invoice on paper.
