Special conditions may apply in regard to our discount codes. Each discount code may only be used by one person per discount code and purchase.
You ensure that the information you provide to us when placing your order are correct. You ensure that the credit card you use when purchasing at our webshop is your own or by your kin who has been made aware of the purchase.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you resell any of our products without our acknowledgment and agreement.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms may result in an immediate termination of your access to the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site, without express prior written permission by us.
PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING
All products on the site, including all samples we provide, are intended for personal use. Unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to replace or change the product we offer for sale or as part of a collection, without notifying you as a customer in advance.
If an item is defective, you can complain about the item within a reasonable time and receive instructions on how to proceed. The complaint can be submitted by sending a message with pictures and a description of the error to info@lalicup.si. If your LaliCup truly has a manufacturing defect we´ll replace it, but we have to make sure the problem is not related to an inappropriate cleaning process or handling of the objects in which case we reserve the right to not refund you.
-Wrong goods: Check the received goods immediately. If the shipment contains products you did not order, the customer must notify info@lalicup.si no later than 3 days after receipt. Based on the appropriate notification, LaliCup online store will replace the product for the customer but only after the receipt of the wrong goods.
Unless otherwise explicitly specified, We or our licensors and own all intellectual property rights of our social media (IG, FB, webpages in English and in Slovene) and all material – from pictures to blogs – published on them. These works are protected by copyright. You may print a copy for personal use and download excerpts from pages on the Website. However, you may not use any part of our copyrighted material for commercial purposes without first obtaining a license from us.
Certain areas of the Site may require registration or may otherwise ask or require you to provide information to participate. Collection of personal data

name and surname of the contact person – to create an order or answer a question
e-mail address – for the purposes of preparing an order, provide the postal system with contact information
IP address – only in partial form, with the blurred last part, so that it is not possible to accurately identify the user. We need it to facilitate the separation of users and when analyzing the website
company address or delivery address – for making an offer/estimate and delivery of the ordered goods

Server log files are recorded for the purpose of analyzing and determining the operation of the website. These do not cover any personal data.

User subscription to our e-news
Users have the opportunity to subscribe to our e-newsletter, where we inform them about our promotions and news. Registration is completely voluntary and is not conditional on submitting an inquiry or submitting a message via the contact form. Confirmation of the application is performed in such a way that the user receives a confirmation message after registration. This ensures that the user of this email inbox has actually logged in. The user can unsubscribe from our e-mail list at any time.
Website analytics
We use the Google analytics service on the website. We use such a version of the application that does not require cookies. All data is anonymous, so the user cannot be identified. The UserID function is turned off, and IP anonymization is also enabled. We use the obtained data for website improvements and user experience.
Information about the data stored by Lalicup about users
Users of the website may at any time request from the operator of the website (Bujaka d.o.o.) to provide them with data on which personal data about the user are stored in the databases of the website. The user also has the right to request the deletion of all data stored in the databases of the lalicup website. You can send these requests to our e-mail address info@lalicup.si. At your request, we also provide you with data in such a form that the user can provide it to third parties at his request.
Security of personal data
Bujaka d.o.o. assures you that the data stored on the lalicup website is adequately protected. Appropriate measures have also been taken to prevent intrusions into our bases. In the event of an accidental intrusion and theft of personal data, we will notify users within 72 hours.
