PAYMENT METHODS: HOW CAN I PAY?

Prepayment

Payment is made by wire transfers and credit cards. After completing the order, you receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your order with all the necessary information, including our bank details. We can only start processing your order after your payment has reached our account.

PayPal

To pay via Paypal, you need a free account. When you select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout and click “next”, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account. Your PayPal account will be charged with the corresponding amount and you will receive a confirmation of payment via e-mail.

CREDIT CARD

If you have selected Credit card as your payment method, you will have to enter your credit card information: the credit card number, expiration date, and security code. Then enter the billing address (note: this address may be different from the shipping address). Once you’ve verified that everything is accurate, select the button to complete your order.

DELIVERY

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Your order will be shipped (after payment) by Post of Slovenia. You will be provided with a proof of shipment – tracking number – in the following days. The delivery costs for orders worth less than 70€ are 7.69€. Orders with a total of 70€ (or more) have free shipment worldwide. In case the parcel comes back the costumer will be notified, but the company reserves the right to all the shipping costs made during the process.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE CUSTOMS FEES/IMPORT TAXES?

The order price you paid us only covers the cost of shipping the product to you. Some countries charge an import tax upon any purchase you make that comes in from a different country. Please consider the tax laws of your country.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase. After it’s shipped out, it depends on your location. Once we ship the parcel, a message will be sent to you informing you of that (on a few occasions the customers told us that it was thrown to spam, so make sure you check the e-mails there as well). We will also let you know of the tracking number in another e-mail as soon as we receive it. Most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based on how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

DO YOU DELIVER DURING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS?

Your order will be shipped during the week (Monday through Friday). We are not at the office on the weekends so if you have ordered after 3 pm on Friday, the order will be processed on the next business day.

In the event of increased purchases (Christmas holidays), there may be a short delay regarding the delivery of packages. We really appreciate your patience. In case any product is out of stock due to high demand, we will notify you in due time.
